Grilled Asparagus with Roasted Hazelnuts

What you will need:

2 bunches fresh asparagus, woody ends removed
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup raw hazelnuts, roughly chopped
¼ cup parmesan, shaved
2 tbsp freshly chopped chives
4 tbsp Bitton Lemon Dressing (or other good quality vinaigrette)

Grilled Asparagus with Roasted Hazelnuts


How to make it:

Place a frying pan over a gentle heat on the Kleenmaid Induction cooktop.  Add the hazelnuts and slowly roast, stirring occasionally until just brown – watching carefully as they easily burn.  Set aside in a bowl until cool.

When the nuts are cool, add the parmesan, chopped chives and 2 tablespoons of the Lemon Dressing and stir until well combined.  Set aside until required.
