What you will need:
250 g pink-eye potatoes or other waxy potato (Approx 4 Large potatoes)
50 g butter
2 tbsp olive oil
100 g button mushroom, finely sliced
1 teaspoon fresh garlic puree
1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary leaves
Small bunch flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Sea salt and white pepper, to season
How to make it:
Preheat Kleenmaid Multifunction Oven to 220° C.
Cube the potatoes and place on the perforated tray and place in Kleenmaid Combi Steam Oven On 100 degree steam for 45 minutes.
Place a large heavy-based frying pan on Kleenmaid Induction Cooktop at 8 and add the olive oil.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden. Add a pinch of salt and cook until the liquid has evaporated
Then add the potatoes, garlic, herbs and butter cooking for a further 1 to 2 minutes.
Place on a baking tray and cook for about 20 minutes or until crispy.
Remove from Kleenmaid Multifunction Oven, season and serve.
