Salmon with Pistachio Crust

What you will need:

4 x Salmon fillets, skinned
60 g butter, softened
½ cup finely chopped pistachio nuts
½ cup chopped flat leaf parsley
Grated rind of 2 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste

Salmon with Pistachio Crust


How to make it:

Combine butter with remaining ingredients to a spreadable consistency.

Spread on top of salmon fillets.

Place fillets on a lined, stainless steel tray.

Place in Kleenmaid Combi Steam Oven SO4510 on the steam and bake function on 175 degrees and cook for 10 mins.
