KLEENMAID products are manufactured to the highest standards using only the best quality materials. Each and every KLEENMAID product is tested before it leaves the factory to ensure it reaches you, the purchaser, in perfect condition. However, should anything go wrong KLEENMAID products are covered for up to three years by the manufacturers warranty.

This warranty is issued by Compass Capital Services Pty Limited ABN 96 138 214 525 trading as Kleenmaid (“KLEENMAID”) and is in addition to all statutory rights which you have under Australian consumer law.

 


How long is my manufacturers warranty?

Depending on the product you purchase your manufacturers warranty will cover you for two or three years from the date of purchase. The length of your warranty is shown on your purchase invoice. 

What your KLEENMAID manufacturers warranty does and does not cover

Your KLEENMAID warranty covers the cost of all parts and labour required to rectify faults caused by defective materials or workmanship, provided the fault is notified to KLEENMAID within the warranty period.

Your KLEENMAID warranty does not cover faults or damage which are not directly due to defective materials or workmanship, for example, faults caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, improper installation or damage caused whilst the product is being transported.

You, the purchaser, also have responsibilities under the warranty.

How to make a warranty claim
