Lamb Rack with Honey Mustard Glaze

What you will need:

¼ cup honey
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped thyme
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Lamb racks, French trimmed (8 cutlets each)


Lamb Rack with Honey Mustard Glaze


How to make it:

In a small saucepan combine honey, lemon juice, thyme, mustard and garlic, bring to the boil. Cool. 

Pre-heat Kleenmaid Combi Steam Oven SO4520 at 200oC.

Remove 2 tablespoons of glaze and brush onto lamb.

Place lamb on baking paper lined stainless steel baking tray.

Cook for 30 mins.

Remove lamb. Cover and rest.
